At ISAMAYA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your artistic transformation; therefore, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched beauty products cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original ISAMAYA box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
